Hey, I’m Eric, the guy behind PolarFix.

I’ve been working in IT and desktop support for over a decade. I’ve handled everything from locked-out logins and blue screens to office-wide network issues. After years of helping people inside companies, I realized most regular users don’t have someone they can call when their computer acts up, someone who explains what’s going on instead of upselling them or rushing through the job.

That’s why I started PolarFix: to give everyday users direct, one-on-one support with no gatekeeping, no pushy sales, and no tech jargon. Just straight-up help that works.

I’m based in California, but all of my work is remote, so I can assist clients anywhere in the U.S. I work with people who need their computers to just work again, and I make sure they feel in control every step of the way.
